Notwithstanding the foregoing, if you have a member account, such account can only be terminated by eStandardSolutions.com if you materially breach this Agreement or if payment cannot be secured for recurring subscription fees, and fail to cure such breach or payment failure within five (5) days from eStandardSolutions.com or PayPal notice to you thereof. eStandardSolutions.com can terminate the Site immediately as part of a general shut down, or for routine maintenance, as may be necessary. All provisions of this Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
Disclaimer of warranties
